Missing "Show more tiles" in ATT Lumia 830 settings

I just bought an ATT Lumia 830. After finishing the setup my Start Screen tiles are very small. So I thought I could go to the Settings, Start+Theme and change that. But that option is not there! What happened to it? I don't like small tiles. Is there anyway to get it back? Does anyone else who has this phone have this issue?

It's by design, typically, phones with displays that are 5 inches or larger default to the three-column setup, which the 830 fits under with its 5-inch display.

There's nothing we can do at this time unfortunately.

'Show More Tiles' will only be available on screen 4.5" and below.

Your only option is 3 columns on the 830.

What made you decide on the 830. I love mine, but am curious about your history and why you picked the phone?

Sorry to be off topic, but on windows 10: Technical Preview you can set tiles to be double wide in a vertical position and a 2x2 huge square tile.

I decided on the 830 because it has features like Pureview camera, SD slot, motion sensor, wireless charging plate, removable battery, and price because I got it for $207.00 on Blinq.com. Plus a cool green cover!
I was considering the 930 but it doesn't have SD slot or removable battery and more expensive. Yeah the processor is faster in the 930 but hey I'm going from an 810 with dual core to 830 with quad core so I'm happy.
That's cool about Windows 10 setting to make live tiles wider. I'm for that and will definitely use that feature when it is released.
