Has anyone heard any news about mobile payment plans for win10?

My carrier is shown when trying to purchase an app or game through the store in W10m build 10512, but to tell you the truth,
I haven't yet purchased anything on W10m in order to confirm that it is working like in WP8.1 ..

My guesses are that it should work fine!
