Mobile Phones: Best, Worst and First.

Not sure where to put this, so I will try here:

What was the most favorite phone you ever owned? What was the worst? What was the first phone you ever bought?

For me, first was a Siemens C-45. First color/high end model- Nokia 7210.

Worst were Sony Ericsson T-100 and the HTC G1.

My favorites include: Sony Ericsson P990, Nokia E63, HTC Kaiser, HTC Touch Diamond, Blackberry 9700 & 9550, Samsung Nexus S and Galaxy Nexus.

The first mobile phone I ever had was a Nokia candy bar phone in the early 2000s, a Nokia 3300 or something like that.

The worst phone I ever had was my last non-smart phone. A Pantech Impact. It was a "messaging" phone that folded open to display the qwerty keyboard. It had this doofy touchscreen on the front. It replaced my favorite feature phone, a Pantech Matrix, which unfortunately broke. It was a dual slider, sliding up to reveal a numpad keyboard, and slid sideways for the qwerty keyboard.

My favorite is the one I've got right now, Lumia 920.

The first phone I had was the 3310 aka the tank.

Not so much my worst phone, but it was pretty unwieldly, was the Nokia 3650. Friend sold it to me cheap and thought why not. Took me a while to get used to texting on that thing.

I'm gonna cheat a bit and have 2 favourites, the Nokia Lumia 800 and the N97 mini. The N97 mini felt great in the hand and I loved the keyboard sliding mechanism. It was a joy to text on that thing. I wish I could get Windows Phone on that device. The Lumia 800 was just fresh to me at the time, such a fluid OS coming from the N900 and it did a lot of the things I needed it to do and did it well. Still rocking it now and it's gonna pain me to let it go in the future.

Best - my newly acquired Lumia 920. Loving it.

Worst - a foray into Android with a Huawei G300, terrible phone.

First - a 1998 Nokia 5110, I thought I was so cool.

Worst - the phone I had before this... Nokia 5530 expressmusic

First - Nokia 3310.... The indestructible! If it hadn't been stolen on a bus, I'd still have it :'(

I've only owned Nokia phones.

Best = Nokia Lumia 820/ Nokia N9 (Love both phones, but still wondering which is better)

Worst = A Chinese phone (Shaped like a toy car - Ferrari), or if you don't count that as a 'phone', the Nokia 500.

First = Nokia 6600.

Got a lot of Nokia love in the thread! They did, and still do make some good stuff (I own a Lumia 810).

First a simple sliding phone which was a samsung, the worst for the SAMSUNG WAVE 2 and the BEST IS

NOKIA LUMIA 920!

First: some big blue Nokia Phone in the nineties. I forgot the model number.

Worst: HTC Wildfire - much too underpowered for an Andrioid phone. A laggy, stuttery, non-responsive mess, followed by Nokia 5310, pretty laggy as well.

Best: my current phone, the Lumia 920, closely followed by the Lumia 800 which showed me how smooth s Smartphone can be.

Sure is. I should mention that I have tried phones from other manufacturers such as motorola, samsung and sony ericsson; but nothing about them really worth mentioning :wink:

First: My first phone was a Motorolla Razr.
Worst: My mom handed down to me a Blackberry Storm 2. The thing was a huge piece of junk. It was even worse than the Storm 1. I don't think BB has made a good phone since the World Edition. That thing was a boss.
Best: I've been rocking my HTC Trophy for 26 months now. Best phone I've owned by far. Hoping to upgrade to my next best phone soon
