Translator is essentially a camera/mic app and its UI doesn't matter as much as it does with other apps.

However, I can't see anything WP10 about this. There is nothing in the design that looks remotely like the design principles of WP10, and in fact it's closer to WP7/8 than anything else. I can't remember what it looked like before to see what's changed, since I only gave it a quick go on launch.
