modifying the APN settings

Hi guys, just a question:
I've been trying to change my APN settings but I have failed to look for the modify APN settings page on my phone (Lumia 1020, WP8.1 Dev)
Searched the web and it told me to look under settings-cellular+sim but i can't seem to locate where i could modify them.
Any advice?

Hmmm
Looks like you may have to install SysApp pusher to get the access point pushed to your device.

How do i change the APN settings on a Nokia lumia 635 sim free UK? i have tried access point but its not compatible with 8.1
