When you see it in a different perspective, from the perspective of someone who had an iPhone and wanted to change phones, it changes your views. People here have been complaining about the bias, but that's how a general phone user would look at it (as they don't bother to get to know every little bit of thing from the OS of the new phone they wanted to buy, e.g. Android & WP). She isn't well versed in the WP OS and is still fairly new to WP8.1, so given her lack of knowledge she would write something like this.
Also, when a reviewer compares the WP with iphones, the community quickly flames that reviewer and claims that their reviews are bias. But aren't phones supposed to be compared? There are some reviewers who flaunt their obvious bias, but reading the article, this reviewer isn't biased to the iphone. She just has the iphone, which she uses daily, and compares it with a new phone she got. How is that biased? How is comparing wrong? Why does comparing result in hate comments?
