Monitor the wireless temperature sensor readings in virtual os intalling in windows 10

Hello, I am trying to monitor the temperature of different servers available in my data center and to manage all the servers temperature I am thinking to use wireless temperature sensor https://store.ncd.io/product/industrial-long-range-wireless-temperature-humidity-sensor/. I want to install specially designed software in virtual operating system supported through VM ware but I am not able install the setup properly.
Any suggestion to make the virtual setup work with window 10 will be very helpful
