Moving contacts from iCloud to WP/Windows

I had over 200 contacts stored in my iCloud account. And now I am using Windows Phone.

I want a complete solution to transfer all my iCloud contacts to WP/Windows (i.e. transfer to my Microsoft account).

I know that in WP 8.1, I can add iCloud account in "People" app. But I can only use the contacts in iCloud - they are STILL staying in iCloud.

In Windows 8.1, it seems that there is no way to import contacts from iCloud. Seems that Outlook 2013 only supports e-mail functions for iCloud but not contact.

Connect your iPhone to your PC, open iTunes if it doesn't launch automatically, then click iPhone.

Click the Info tab, make sure the Sync Contacts with checkbox is ticked, then click Outlook in the list.

Choose All contacts or Selected groups, then click Apply.

So you can export your Contacts to a csv file on your PC. Then open Outlook.com and import them into your Outlook/Hotmail Contacts and they should sync with your device.
