Moving Edge Browser into Microsoft Store

Hi Dan,

Do you have any news on when or if the Edge browser will move into the Microsoft Store enabling Microsoft to update the browser more regularly? There’s been talk about this happening a while ago but nothing has materialised.

I'd love for them to do this so that they could then finally start to update it regularly at last.

Thanks for answering my question Dan. Please keep us updated if you receive any news about this at Ignite or Build. I completely agree with you; Edge needs to be updated more regularly to compete with other web browsers. I feel there’s still hope for Edge but they are running the risk of Edge suffering the same fate as Internet Explorer.
