FWIIW, with Yahoo going who-knows-where, I wanted to move my photos from Flickr to OneDrive. And no, I didn't want to download a bazillion photos and re-upload them to OneDrive. So I searched about...
I chose and recommend Cloudsfer.com. Got it done easily. Reasonably priced. It also easily moved from Dropbox to OneDrive.
I suggest you avoid Mover.io because it can't handle moves to Onedrive with long file/director names.
