MS contact doesnt show in People?

Hi,

I have latest Windows 10 mobile build in Lumia 640 LTE.

People app - contacts from MS account doesn't show, all other shows [gmail, icloud], Overall, missing faces on live title.

MS contact were sync'ed as I can see them on my Surface, even updated [some additional from AT&T contact, when I started the new phone].

Any idea please?

I just picked up a lumia 640 this past week, did the insider update to Windows 10 and now I don't have contacts from the hotmail account bound to the phone. If I add an exchange work account or another live account those contacts show up but not the ones from my primary hotmail account.
