MS Garage apps

There were a few MS garage apps released a few weeks ago, as far as I could tell they were to become available to all and not just the US market but weeks on they still aren't available in the UK.

In particular I refer to Collaborate a whiteboard app but there were a couple of other released in a blaze of publicity.

Any news if any of them work especially outside the US?
