MS Giveth then Taketh Away

Has anyone heard of this Office 2016 issue with Visio and Project 2013 upgrading?
Still waiting to hear back from MS Support. Obviously two app departments that still aren't talking to one another - not to mention their tech support areas.

Apparently, if you quote this article to Support, they'll give you a free upgrade to Visio 2016.

The article even says this.

"they'll give you..."

is the key phrase...because whoever "they" is, aren't the ones on the other side of the phone, and if you wait for "them" to transfer you to "they" who supposedly have the power...we keep getting disconnected (sic: hung up on).

It's the 21st Century. This "upgrade" process just needs to be automatic. Pay some overtime to the developers and get this fixed...
