MS OEM Flip Case For 640

The Microsoft US Store is selling the OEM Flip Cover for the Lumia 640. I just bought one and by using the free shipping and my Bing rewards it came out a bargain.

I just got the flip cover and was pleased to see the back replacement case is sturdier than the original and seems to snap in tighter. It has a good feel- it's not textured but isn't glossy smooth like the original. Even with the flip cover the phone isn't much larger like with cases that go on the original back.

What about the corners on it, from the photos it looks like the corners are not even covered. Is that correct?

It completely replaces the original back cover and covers the corners. It doesn't have a raised bevel like some skins, but the closed flip flap would protect the screen if the phone landed that way.
