MSA sign in error - sounded just like NSA

can some one tell me why this pops up on W10m messaging. is it something related to skype intergration

the first time this popped up I was scared cos, I thought it sayd NSA!! waited so long to catch it again and get a screen shot

I've gotten that message and just hit Cancel and go on with my life. Wonder what it is.

Same, no idea what it is - and it seemed unrelated to the app, as my skype integration works fine even if I hit cancel.

Maybe it's for the text message backup, because it shows in the messaging app and it asks for your MS Account (MSA) password.
