MSFT Lumia 640XL Flashlite APP issue?

Anybody notice trying to use a flashlight APP is hit or miss?
I have 3 640XL,s on my AT&T acct and all 3 have the same issue.
And I just got a replacement from AT&T Assyrian because I shattered my screen on Fri, i got my replacement on Sat got it all set up same issue it has to be the phone?
I don't think MSFT is aware of this issue?
Let me know if your phones is showing the same issue?
I'm running WP 8.1.

Do you mean the flashlight apps aren't working at all, or properly or what?

Flashlight don't turn on at all but then there's times where it works great. Like I said it's hit or miss.

don't have the ATT version. I have an international RM-1096 and the flashlight app from the settings pulldown works everytime. I also tried my wife's - same thing - works every time.
Sounds like it's your particular phone.

oops, forgot to tell you that I am using W10M which has a flashlight in pull down settings. I will try a flashlight app later.

edit: Jack of Tools flashlight works everytime I start it as well. Also make sure you try a few apps to see if it is consistent. If it is the same problem everytime then it's time to contact MS.

So I'm not the only one with this issue, glad to hear it. It mines a replacement and still has same issue on 3 different phones.
My wife got hers last month while we were camping in Maine, and hers is doing it also. Lets see if Daniel Rubino will post a story about this issue I'll bet everyone with a 640XL from AT&T could be more that are doing it.
The guy above your post is running Win 10 M, I'm on 8.1, I was running 10 but back to 8.1 I need the long battery life.
