MSN Weather lockscreen static

It happened again today, lockscreen wasn't updating. Had to reboot the phone again to make it work.

I do have a question regarding the live tile though: somehow the live tile doesn't seem to update its current location but only the current weather. Is it even possible to have a live tile that updates according to my current location? I was under the impression the live tile was doing just that already but may have been wrong. If so, how do I pin a tile like that to my start screen? I've tried pinning my current location from within the app but as I move the live tile remains stuck to wherever I was the moment I decided to pin it.

Nevermind, I think I found a solution to that last question myself: Instead of pinning the tile from within the app I had to pin the tile from the general app list. That one seems to be updating itself in terms of both, location and weather.
