Multi Tasking Bug

Does anyone know how to solve where an app will show multiple cards in the multi tasking window instead of just the one? Any idea if there's a way to make it so this never happens? I love WP and Metro, but this multi tasking bug, or whatever it is, is really annoying. It seems counter productive to have an app take up more than one space; especially if you want to multi task five apps at once.

Those cards are a freeze dried state of where you left off in an app...with a few exceptions (like Zune) it ain't really multi-tasking. With this in mind if you are jumping between apps it will end up freeze drying the same app more than once. I don't have the link handy but MS does take suggestions for improving WP7 and this would be a good suggestion to toss at them.
