Multiple copies of files are showing in Lumia 625

Hi

Multiple copies of Images & Video files are showing in my Nokia Lumia 625 device and when i tried to remove any of the multiple copies then along with original file all the copies are getting deleted. If any one found the reason & solution kindly suggest.
