I know there's a Bugs thread but that's too long to go through so I'm starting this.

I've had my 925 for a few weeks and put 8.1 dev preview on it straight away so I'm not sure if these issues relate to 8.1 or if it's a 925. Some of these issues are reported elsewhere but I'm adding them here as well. I had a 920 before this and have to say the 920 is a better phone than the 925 but anyway I have this now so gotta put up with it.

If you have a 925 can you let me know if you're getting any of the following issues. I'm wondering if I should send the phone back to Nokia or if the 925 is a dud (dud's happen, just pick up a 900). 920 was a sweet phone with little problems and when my screen broke I decided to spend an extra $50 for the 925 and have been disappointed with these issue plus lack of wireless charging (have bought the cover but the cover makes it heavier than the 920 and is flimsy and already cracked in one of the corners) and 16gb is not enough space, already having space issues.

The list of issues is as follows:

- Occasionally only the left headphone works and no sound comes out of the right. Need to restart to get both working again. See http://forums.windowscentral.com/nokia-lumia-925/277931-headphone-audio-issue.html
- Connection sometime drops when switching between 3g and 4g and then doesn't reconnect. Need to restart the phone for the connection working again.
- Touch screen doesn't seem to be as responsive as it should. Noticeable in games and also when scrolling in websites. You scroll down and then it stops and then jumps to a section lower in the page. Also double tap to wake is not as responsive as my 920 was.
- Taking my 920 out of my pocket would always turn on the glance screen (I'd do that to check the time) while on the 925 it takes a while before it appears and so I may as well press the power button to turn on the screen.

From what I've read others are having similar issues and so I have a feeling sending to Nokia for repair won't fix much and I'll just need to put up with it till my next upgrade. Such is life and technology.

yeah have thought of that. when i get bored next i'll give it a go. it's not too hard to get it back to how it was.

I have the same touch responsiveness issues with 8.1 on the 925. In fact, I compared my 920 with 8.1 side by side last night just to make sure I wasn't going crazy. At the very least, the 920 definitely responds quicker when double tapping to wake.

Please let me know if the hard reset solved your problem. Thanks.

None of those problems for my L925, except for audio jack, but that's a little bit different story
