What are people doing to get their music and playlists to work on the phone? I have tried using the new Microsoft desktop software but it crashes almost at the end every time I try to sync music and playlists from iTunes. I have all this music on my computer and I could just copy it over but I want my playlists to show up on the phone as well. How are you doing this? Any help would be great.

I haven't tried it yet, but I hear you can use Windows Media Player to sync music and playlists. That seems like a good enough alternative until the desktop app is more complete.

I have never used WMP for this before and it seems a lot more complicated then iTunes was but I will have to play around with it. I have to believe there is a better way. With my Android phone I just copied my music and playlist file onto the device.

I just plugged my phone into my computer and it synced all the playlists I had in Xbox music. Though it didn't load them to the phone, it streams them from the marketplace. It took me by surprise since my desktop playlists aren't showing up on my Surface or the 360. Still not sure of an easy way to load the songs from the playlists onto the phone besides going through and selecting each one individually.
