Music App doesn't work at all

Since I updated to 8.1, I can't open the Music App anymore. Do I have to change my region to US in order to use it? I have tried both soft and hard reset but it is still not working...I can open the video app though...

The "Xbox Video" app shows video files. Basically, the former "Music+Video" hub's functionality was split between the new "Xbox Music" and "Xbox Video" apps. (And like when you split anything, some stuff falls on the floor...)
