Music app to organize

Is there any music app that I can download for windows phone 8.1 that lets me organize my songs? I mean, change their id3 file to put the artist it's belong and everything

i am facing a funny problem. some of my music files are shown up in Video app instead of music app.

Those 14 songs are songs, but their extension is .mp4
