Music stops playing on my Windows Blu phone

I recently bought a Windows Blu phone and the music randomly stops when I am playing it. It doesnt matter if the phone is in my pocket or on my lap, it will just stop playing. No error message. I have updated my phone and tried different headphones.

Try Soft Reset by pressing Volume down and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds.

This happens on my Lumia 1020 with Windows 10 when then phone screen turns off. If I keep the screen active and the phone doesnt sleep it does not shut off the audio. It is frustrating and hopefully will be fixed with a new build.
I tried hard resetting and soft resetting the phone, neither helped.
