Music+video horrible bug!!!

thats not new to me
I have Samsung ativ s for 4 days
I sometimes watching videos and listen to music
and i cant here anything!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can hear the press sound and lock sound and every system sound but music and video doesnt work!!!!!!!
I tried turning off and on the bell but none work!!
i just starting to listen to a song and then i cant hear it anymore but the other sounds are heard!!

Try a soft reset hold the power key and lower volume key till it vibrates and try Nokia MixRadio.

Sounds like a problem with the device itself as I haven't experienced this issue on my 8X. Try installing all the latest updates if you haven't already done so.
