My 830 Windows 10 upgrade stuck on 10586.107 not upgrading to 10586.164

Hello Guys,

Need some advice. I am Lumia 830 user from India. I used Upgrade Advisor to update my Lumia 830 from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Upgraded without any issues to Windows 10 (10586.107), no updates after that., says your phone is up to date. How can I update to 10586.164, I do not want to be an insider, kindly advice.
