My app isn't letting me use my account

My game restarted on me and brought me back to the beginning were it shows the credits and now it made me pick a side and I unstalled the game and re stalled it and still did not work all my hard time and work into my base is gone but my squad mates said my base is still there but I no longer can use that account I put money into this game I need help
