My Background Maps on Runs have disappeared, how can I get them back?

Background Maps on Runs

The maps that usually appear behind my run tracking have disappeared. Even the maps from all runs since November. I've unregistered my Band and reset it, uninstalled and Reinstalled Microsoft Health to no avail. I reinstalled my HERE maps with no change. Any help to get the mapping back would be appreciated.

Also, this Is on my Lumia 1520, the maps do show on the Health desktop on my PC.

Are you remembering to turn on your GPS or just starting the run app

That is strange. Apparently you had GPS on with your runs, otherwise you wouldn't write that you had the maps there before. Mine are still all there, even old ones. Not sure what could cause that, but must be related to your account I guess. From your post I assume a newly created run with GPS doesn't show a map either?

I'd contact MS about this. You did everything possible, including a reset and still have the issue.
