Mine on a dual screen flip phone. It is a phone(one screen can be detached or hidden rotating 360 degree), it is a tablet(two screen side by side) and it is a tiny "pc"(using keyboard and mouse, you don't need an external screen anymore). If one of two "pieces" contains only screen and battery i think it can have a good battery life.

Do you remember the "blow your mind thing" for windows fan? He said we will see it later next year and surface phone rumors say we will see it in the same timeframe. Now he write this tweet... Also Capossela at the end of 2015 said they will come back from their retrenchment state when they will have a "shocking" hardware but they need time to build it. So there is something really different from what we are using to Microsoft is working on.
