my blu win jr is stuck on hard reset gears

it froze while on the phone got it back working then and update popped up i clicked yes hasnt working for over 12+ hours stays on the gears but the bar isnt loading

Power down and remove the memory card, then power up...

Unfortunately I can't find any instructions for Blu Win Jr hard reset...
