Are you asking how to turn off mobile data and only use WiFi?

One solution is to change the settings of your sim so that your data transfer stops other method is to contact your service provider and stop your data service, if you are using WIFI!

I had the same problem but since I was on wifi network I cancelled my data transfer by contacting customer care. But the new updated build 10080 should have fixed this.
