My Dislikes/Frustrations with WP7

I have to concur with the "research before you buy" argument. If you buy a Windows Phone and expect to use it as mass storage (e.g. for drag-and-drop functionality) then you were terribly misinformed or you didn't ask enough questions at the point of purchase.

For me, this functionality is important, but secondary. I ended up with a Windows phone because overall it was the best choice given how I use my phone, but I could be doing a whole lot more with it (and enjoying it more) if I could also use it as a USB drive.

It's not fair to say "If you don't like the lack of feature X, you shouldn't have bought the phone" when there are other factors to consider.
