"My EE" app not working after update?

Anyone else having this issue?
It loads OK, but gives me a "Connect to Network" error.
When I'm connect to both wifi & network with max signal.
It tried disabling the wifi so it had to use the network, but same problem.
 
Contact EE, seems they 'raced' towards bloating the OS with their app but couldn't finish it and released under pressure?
 
Oh the irony.
I waited about half an hour of trying before I posted up this thread, and now the bloomin thing is working again.
Panic over.
 
The amber update meant a complete new OS, and EE had to inject their load of bloated apps into that OS, seems they did it wrong.
 
Um, the My EE app was not rolled in to this update, it's a standalone app you have to download from the app store.

Sorry, Think you have missed the point of the (now defunct) thread?!
I have the app, it worked before, it didn't after (and then did), I didn't for one second a carrier specific app was included in an OS update! LOL

When you buy a phone on contract, the carrier decides when and how to release an update for the device, the carrier is free to inject his share of apps into the OS.
 
Noted, although technically I'm on Orange, the "Your Orange" app is useless so I use the EE app instead :grin:
