I just moved from Android after 2 years to W7P and I can say that my experience has improved.
few things I saw mentioned in this thread:
screensavers: Wut? Seen all kinds of lock screens and live wallpapers.. but never a screensaver
5-7 home screens: I'm not sure I understand how this is superior to W7P? are we talking tile vs icons or because you need the 5-7 to fit widgets? I always found performance to crash around 3.
ability to root phone: yeah, but you need to... some features aren't available on some phones unless you do. And i'm not talking features added in custom roms I mean stock Android features
overclocking the cpu: eh. I never noticed a huge difference. Always had issues with Kernels anyway. Battery Killer, decreasing hardware life, etc. Android just doesn't feel optimized.
multitasking: This has always been planned for Mango. so moot
Google integration: I think I get what you mean by this I just don't understand what you think the advantages are over W7P. Please explain, I really am curious.
faster web browsing: yeah, maybe so long as you aren't using the stock browser. was running 2.3.3 when I left Android and it was still god awful. Had to use Opera/Dolphin.
I change my roms daily: Yep, killing nand in the name of trying to find what isn't there. I hope you have a JTAG around also... esp for when you have to get spl/radio just right for roms.
ridiculous mod developer support: for Androids ridiculous fragmentation? And its going to get more complicated with 2.3/2.4/tablets plus they will not be releasing the source for honeycomb.
Sloppy list as I do not have much time to write this at the moment. I will probably come back to this as there are plenty more issues that can be identified.
