My father's 925 hangs then reboots

Hello,

My father just got a Lumia 925. But his phone is freezing and rebooting often. It freezes for 2-3 seconds, then reboots automatically. This has happened 5-6 times today
I updated it to Cyan immediately after receiving the phone, but I think it happened one time before update too (but I'm not exactly sure)

And, this phone doesn't have valid warranty on my country.

Is there anybody who has same problems as me? Hopefully with a solution please (

Hard reset it once. As you don't have valid warranty on your country hard reset is the only option

I tried hard reset but nothing changed.

Fortunately, the shop where I bought the phone accepted to replace the phone with another one. This new one is working perfectly
