my huawei w1-u00 wont start i starts up but stops on the huawei logo

the windows phone ha failed to start it stops on the huawei logo remember am using huawei for africa w1-uoo

Hi, have you tried soft or hard resets?
Are you able to recover your phone with the Windows Device Recovery Tool?
