You have a few options:

1. support.microsoft.com/en-us
2. answers.microsoft.com/en-us
3. Or the community at windows central

First of all, it sounds like you are using a standalone installation of Office 2013.

Is that correct?

Or are you using Office 365 and haven't updated yet?
