My laptop is connecting to my neighbors wifi, how can I change it?

installed windows 10 and now attempting to configure my wifi it is auto connecting to a neighbors wifi... Can not figure out how to disconnect... I've reinstalled I've adjusted my drivers, anyone else have this issue? I find it bizarre this is not the network I set in the setup process...

Open cmd (admin) > netsh wlan disconnect

Easiest way would be like aethy posted, if not you can delete the profile off your computer.

Go to Network and Sharing Center, then Manage Wireless Settings, find your neighbour's Wi-Fi, Remove it and voila the computer will forget about it.
