My laptop is extremely slow, need some tips on improving it?

This is my laptop: Toshiba Radius 14 AMD (E45DW-C4210)

It just a simple laptop for everyday tasks, nothing special so I know it's not a fast computer but still. This laptop has gone to a snail crawl. Using the keyboard even lags, takes extremely long to boot up, etc.

Besides using CCleaner I dont how to improve my laptop performance? I've did several clean installs on Win10. Any suggestions?

Maybe Windows10 isn't good for your laptop.Try installing linux and it will make your laptop fast again.Did the same with my old laptop.Now it runs everything.

Quickest way to bog down any computer is to populate the desktop with dozens of shortcuts. Recycle Bin is all I ever have.

From the specs available on the Toshiba website, your device should be more than capable of running Windows 10.

Have you checked for malware? Clean install should take care of it, but maybe you're overlooking something?
