My Lumia 1020 received an update??? Whattt???

I have the Nokia Black update and I have the latest preview for developers update and the funny thing about it is that I got remind me if there is an update option off and than I get an software Update but how???. After the update I found nothing new maybe just some bug fixes.
Build ID 3051.40000.1345.10285
Build creation date is 06.02.2014 German date

Do somebody receive the same update???

No update here in US. My build ID is higher than yours anyway. 3051.40000.1346.00001. Must be a german specific update.

The funny thing about it is that my old version was the same as the now???
