My Lumia 520 is not getting .189 update, WHY?

i changed the registration of it to lumia 830, so i got anniversary update since microsoft left of lumia 520 from getting win 10 update. and now im stuck with .67 update. and i dont involved in any insider ring. but still not getting .189 update.. can anyone help me with this issue, plx?

Officially, you're not supposed to be even having the redstone update. But since you have it, have you checked that you're on release preview in insider settings?

try selecting the different insider rings and doing a soft reset

Umm, I'm currently on 8.1 .Can I still get W10M?

I have a 525 btw.

it don't bother with insider or non insider, i figured out that it didn't get the cumulative update because the tweaks i have made was roll back to its original state when i reset the device. As you can see from the screenshot. To get the update i went through the same trick which i did to get RS update. and now i have the .189 update. i guess i should do it again in order to get next update, (if released). [SOLVED]

any windows 8/8.1 device can get win10 update and rs update.
