What's your country ? Carrier ?
What's the error when you get trying to update.
Can you mention the OS Version & Firmware Version
Goto Settings -> about

Error Code 80070008 is Low Storage Issue..
That you dont have sufficient space in your phone.
Clear some memory. Make sure you have atleast 2 to 2.5 GB of free space in your phone memory
Then try to update. You will get it

Stand with 8.0 itself

weird...my Lumia rm-914 too...can update to cyan and I also install dp latest update
