My Lumia 520 start menu black screen,loading forever. How can I move past this screen?

Lumia 520 start menu black screen,loading forever

I just updated to Windows 10 and got this bug,whenever i unlock the phone the start screen goes black and it shows "Loading" I tried soft reset-didn't work

The same thing happen to mine... only the notification and action center, and all settings do respond... Its version 10.0.12562.84.... where are all those technical know how's... please come up with a fix, and not a soft or hard reset cos I don't want to loose my apps
