i have lumia 535 .window 10 is installed than i have upgate my window 10 after upgration both sim are not working or pin code keypad not showing....

Hi, you will need to hard reset your phone.
I am assuming you are talking about the latest fast ring build.

i dont want to hard rest my phone there is another option bcz with hard rest my all data has b lose....

Try a soft reset or the recovery tool, that's all I can think off
You shouldn't join the insider program with a phone you are not willing to hard reset.

I am suggesting this though I'm not sure if it will work:

Go to account.microsoft.com, devices tab, select your phone, lock it with a new code, wait for your phone to detect and the unlock using that new code
