My Lumia 625 Battery drained when charged with usb cable

I just got a weird thing. When I charged my Lumia with my usb cable to a usb port on my laptop, the battery drained so fast from 84% to 76% for a couple of minutes.

I plugged out the cable in plugged in it again, and then the phone charged normally.
My questions, is every possible things that caused the battery drained in [url]http://forums.windowscentral.com/nokia-lumia-920/214168-battery-draining-while-phone-charging.html[/URL] also applied to Lumia 625?
such as : driver installation for Lumia Phone on Windows 8.

Does the battery drain when you use the charger? It might not be getting enough power via the PC USB port.

Thank You... You were rigth. Maybe the usb port doesnt have enough power.
