My Lumia 625 turned off during an update
My Lumia 625 ran out of battery during an update to the latest build of Windows 10 Mobile. It ran out during the screen where there was the two turning cogs with a progress bar underneath it. Upon charging my phone, it is stuck on that screen and is not making any progress in the progress bar. I have tried using the Windows Phone Recovery Tool but it will not recognize the phone. What do I do?
