My Lumia 640 XL is not turning off the screen while I make a call, what could the problem be?

My lumia 640 xl is not turning off the screen while I make a call .......

Whenever I make a call my screen doesnot turn off as I bring it close to my ears. It's just 3 months old . Is my proximity sensor not working ?????
Does any body have faced this issue ????

may be the problem with your sensor. I recommend you to take it to microsoft store to get repaired.
