MY Lumia 730 is not starting up

Suddenly my phone is not getting switched on. As I'm pressing the power key. NOKIA logo is coming , then windows logo is coming, and then thegear starts rotating as it does when the phone is installing new software. After that it is showing a sad emoji :-( symbol.

Have you tried the Windows Device Recovery Tool to repair your phone?

more like failing to boot, use that repair tool to flash it, probably your only option
