My Lumia 735 has windows 10 but I cant set up hey cortana

Has anyone setup Hey Cortana, on a lumia 735 if so, how?

I think the hardware doesn't support it so you can't.

"Hey Cortana" is not available on Windows 10 mobile yet. 735 does not support it though.
