My Lumia 920 does not start..what can I do?

My Lumia 920 does not start...

I am having a problem with my phone and hope you guys can help. Here's what happened:

My battery ran out charge due to normal usage and because I wasn't able to charge the phone soon enough, it went off. Which isn't anything unexpected.

However, I have been charging it now for almost 2 days but it still won't start. It doesn't even do anything if I press the power button. Instead, I have to do a soft reset (Power + Volume down) and then it vibrates and shows me the Nokia logo. But it doesn't progress any more and all I see is a black screen. But the mobile actually hasn't gone off because in a dark room at night you can tell that there is light coming from the screen.

I hope the above describes the situation well enough.
Hope someone can help get the phone to boot completely.

I guess you will have to perform a reset by connecting to Windows Device Recovery Tool. If your phone was running WP8.1 then it could be a software bug that's causing this to happen.

Not sure what you used to charge your phone but can you try a QI charger.
